…. Obviously it didn't happen in the same day !!!!! ;oD
Just quick pics of all these places : Covent Garden and the London Transport Museum were so full of people that at a certain point I just put away the camera ….. no patience left!!!!!
When in Harrods, Matteo just wanted a pic of the Lego sculpture of Groot and Rocket Racoon, while I found and old game ….. Subbuteo : do you remember it? I used to watch my uncle (he is only 3 years older than me!) playing it when we were kids!
The Science Museum was not so far from our Hotel, so one morning we decided to step in….

Each time we visit Covent Garden, I wonder where all those people keep on coming from.
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable!
Great museum and mime people pictures!
"Brava' as you said on my blog has a nice ring to it. Is it Italian for "bravo"? Or Spanish for "brave"?
Well, about the etymology of bravo…..
DeleteFrench use it to say "well done" (the same is for the italians!) and it started to be used because of the diffusion of the Opera, that is a form of italian music entertainment….Usually people just say bravo for anyone, male, female of more people together, but… If you say it to a man, bravo it's ok. If you say it to a woman, the correct version is brava! For a group of men is bravo, while for a group of women is brave!!!!! ;oD

ReplyDeleteGreat pics!! I love Covent Garden, Harrods etc, too long ago I've been there. In Covent Garden we saw people, doing great streat-acts, we really enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteYou went to so many places!! Places that I have never been too! It is amazing though isn't it how you go to so many different places and things when you are away and never visit what is close to home. So glad that you got to enjoy so many things though, looks as though you really did have a great time! xx
