.....it could be boring, but it's not! I really enjoyed the making of my last pins ( here ), that I added a new one in my collection... ...I love the idea of fringes made with crocheted chains!!!! Some friends were so enthusiastic, too, about these little things that I have some orders to fulfil and send in nice parcels soon!!! YAY !!! Then we have the green block that I was not so happy about....but now I AM!!! Just have a look.... I honestly think that the thing that didn't convince me at all was the use of just one colour.....but now the problem is definitely fixed !!!! Another YAY!!!! And now another crochet book (one of the four!!!)... The English version of this same book is found  here  !!!! While in a bookstore, a couple of days ago, I found 4 (!!!!) books about crochet/knitting that came  home with me....what a happy day!!!! From one of them... (for the English version, you can have a look right  HERE  !) .... I decided to try a few blocks, like... and this one, too, .... I didn't enjoy crocheting the clover , just because it required a lot of attention from me !!!!! Not my kind of crochet !!! The "granny dalia", instead, was a real pleasure!!! Granny always are !!!! The flowery one, once completed, made me happy! Have a look... I think I can enjoy it more without the last round/border, don't you think the same? In my  previous post , I showed you some safety pins....well, I bought some cotton yarn, too, the other day... ....so, safety pins+cotton=.... .... and..... The first one is made with fringes (love them! Remember  these  ???), while the second one has some crocheted chai...

My Dears, I have to celebrate!!!! One year ago, I posted my first try with crochet ( here )....a wiggly green thing, that some days later has been unraveled!!! First crocheted disaster, but from mistakes you always learn something!!!! Anyway, in one year, I've learnt a lot about crochet (just have a look at my  @home made!  page!) and I'm still learning!!! ....Yes, the "crochet mystery" is almost solved!!! Infact, I've just added some velvety beads+buttons with the help of a needle and some beautiful cotton threads from Egypt... ...a better look???....just go on... ....If you are really curious, you can even look them upside down...!!!... ....and in regular position....!!!!... ....But, what are they for????? ;oD Any idea???....mmmmm....... ....still "mmmm" ??????? Ok! I'll show you, but close your eyes for just few seconds...then....TA-DAH!!!!!! ....Yes!!!! They are glass covers  !!!! Did you imagine that???? Let me know!!!! I wanted to crochet a simple glass cover, because they are usually " too much" for my taste...too many dangling beads, too big holes.... Well, they are pretty simple I think!!!! Some more?????
