I have a lot of WIP in my studio....
I've just started to knit a doll...
there are some crocheted rings on the table....
....with a yellow bracelet-to-be...
and a couple of wash cloths (I need to knit more of them : such fun!!)...
and there is a nice plastic box with a lid on, that usually I don't dare to open, because
I know that it's full of little things to be finished ! Infact, there are even more than I remembered...
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a long list of things to get done or to give them a final destination!!!
the banner for my kitchen...
the lace gloves (but it's a xmas gift, so I'm not in a hurry!)...
some pom-poms....
a bunch of fork-made flowers...
some daisies...
a little bunting with hearts and swirlies...
a french knitted cord and some rectangles...
big and small circles...
flowers again (!!!)...
wriggles & C. ...
two rabbits' muzzles and a yarn bow...
a couple of pins with buttons and ribbons...
a cotton tea towel or a purse (not sure, yet!)...
ovals and circles cut out from Kath Kidston oilcloth...(sorry for the pic quality!)
crochet galore...
french knitting...
some hearts....
a leaf and "?"...
my rug (still need blocking!)...
and few other knick-knacks...
Well, well....I think I'm an uncontrollable crafter...too many projects on the way, too many distractions...
I think I need to learn how to focus on one craft at a time! I like to experiment and to challenge myself so often...!! Is it ok? probably yes, but I still think I need a more relaxed attitude towards the crafty possibilities!! I don't think, honestly, to change myself in the near future....I'm just fine in this way, but I would like to look in an empty box, one day...even if only for one day!!!! ;- ))))))
See you soon, xxxx

Hey Alessandra I think we all have a stash of UFO's hidden away some where........
ReplyDeleteLove the lace gloves, they'll make a fab gift and that bunting will look great when it's hanging up.
How often do we almost finish something but then move onto a new project?......I'm sure we're all the same to one degree or another.
Thanks for visiting....
Claire :}
