Penguin Week : my crafts !!!

Honestly, I didn't know what to do with a penguin!!!!!
I like penguins, but what to do with them???

Luckily Tobia had a birthday party to go and he asked me to prepare a card, but not too fancy...you know boys, right?
So I traced the biggest penguin from Sarah's BOOK and ...

....TA-DAH !!!! ....

This was a really simple craft!!!!
I wanted to add some more embellishments, but my little guy gently said to me that it was "beautiful mum, it's ok!" so.... ;oD

Yesterday was Valentine's Day....

....and I prepared some little gift tags for my trio!!!
Just 3 manila tags to decorate with sweet words...

...with the help of some stencils for the heart shapes and the letters...

two tags for Matteo and Tobia...

...and one for Paolo...

...just some threads and with the help of a pin (to make holes on the tags, along the letters' borders) and a needle (to sew), I started my work...

...put on his parcel....

I have to say that all my boys were so happy to receive these tags of love!!!!

Groundhog Week : my crafts !!!

As I "told" you in this post , last Saturday (2nd of February : Groundhog Day in USA!),  it was the birthday of a friend (to be honest, not only one : even Kate had her B-Day!!!!), who invited us (me and Paolo) to his party to celebrate!!! The gift was given with an handmade card...

....Ok, I was following one of Sarah's projects till that point.....but I had to add my signature, no? ;oD
So, some threads, a pencil, a stencil and a needle made the difference...

....and TA-DAH.......!!!!!.......

....I decided, then, to cover the back of the stitching with a piece of white (glued) paper!!!
