Ginger the Fox !!!

My matryoshka brooches (here, here, here and here!!!) are the inspiration for the following new one...
and this time I was walking in woodland....

Please note that the template for the felt pieces of the fox (btw, Ginger is her name!) come from the book Happy Stitch 30 felt &fabric projects for everyday by Jodie Rackley !!!!

After cutting all the pieces...

....I started from the tail...

....and I added even black crocheted feet....

.....back view....

....then her muzzle....

....where I did sew the eyes (turquoise buttons) and the nose (black jewel button)... and a pin on the back.....

....similar but different at the same time....

Ginger is a cutie !!! I'm really happy how she came out !!!!! Really love her....

....her tiny feet....

....her glorious tail....

little things....

....in the morning, when the sunlight enter my home after the shutters are completely open....
.....the cottons and the acrylics are so bright and my hands feel so itchy to start hooking...!!!!....
....well, after a nice cup of caffe' latte....;oD

In these last days I've prepared two parcels for a couple of bloggy friends !!!
one friend (?) will receive some beautiful cottons...

....while the other one (??) will receive my new pins....

I think you'll discover who are the recipients very soon !!!!!

Then, there is a new hooky project ( find the pattern here) on the way...

.... in the meantime, Matteo was assembling a trolley (is it the proper name???) for me....

....such a sweet boy !!!!

....I'm going on and on !!!!

.....it could be boring, but it's not!
I really enjoyed the making of my last pins (here), that I added a new one in my collection...

...I love the idea of fringes made with crocheted chains!!!!

Some friends were so enthusiastic, too, about these little things that I have some orders to fulfil and send in nice parcels soon!!! YAY !!!

Then we have the green block that I was not so happy about....but now I AM!!!
Just have a look....

I honestly think that the thing that didn't convince me at all was the use of just one colour.....but now the problem is definitely fixed !!!! Another YAY!!!!

And now another crochet book (one of the four!!!)...

I tried a nice pattern, but I changed the way to join the tiny squares together....

....I love to use single crochets to join granny squares!!!
